How do I get vehicle tracking fitted?

All tracking devices are fitted by our fully trained hardware engineers at locations throughout the UK or your own premises.

Alternatively, vehicles can be fitted while-you-wait at our drive-in facility situated in Bristol.

The purpose built state-of-the-art building is designed to accommodate any size vehicle from cars to trailers and HGVs. The ‘drive-in’ also provides ‘hot-desks’ complete with internet access and meeting room facilities so that customers can continue to work remotely whilst the device is fitted. All vehicle units are transferable between vehicles should you wish to change or add vehicles to your fleet at any time.

This unique drive-in facility means that our engineers can now fit our products faster and more efficiently - and most importantly, at the customer’s convenience. We can now install systems into vehicles whilst they are en-route by scheduling the work to slot into the driver’s working day, during one of his rest periods. This is an ideal scenario for the customer, as the vehicles do not have to be taken off road for the day

How is training delivered?

Training programmes are designed to ensure that every customer is fully conversant with the tracking system and gets the most efficient use of the system in addressing their specific requirements.

Courses will be delivered at a pace to suit individuals or groups. On-line training help is available via our E-Learning centre. This step-by-step training programme is a simple and easy to use guide which is ideal for those customers that work shifts or prefer to self-teach in their own time.

So whether a ‘train the trainer’, group, individual or distance learning approach is required, our flexible, easy and fun programmes provide something for everyone. New customer training is automatically arranged as part of the system implementation.
